SERVICE TECHNICIAN
THE OPPORTUNITY Martin Business Group, a rapidly expanding Konica Minolta multifunction copier and office equipment dealer, is seeking a service technician to join our nationally award-winning team. This technician will travel to customer sites to resolve service problems with our installed machines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing multifunction copy machines; troubleshooting and repairing facsimile machines; and responding to customer service issues. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Martin Group, a rapidly expanding Konica Minolta multifunction copier and office equipment dealer, is seeking territory sales representatives to join our nationally award-winning team. The sales representatives will be responsible for the sale of office equipment and Martin Group services to businesses, schools and organizations. DUTIES: Develops customer base in a specified territory using cold calling, community networking, mass mail follow-up, and market analysis. Maintains current customer base by developing on-going relationships. Systematically contacts accounts. Determines customer equipment needs, both current and future usage of equipment. Develops and presents proposals to customer decision makers. Calculates pricing and negotiates terms and conditions. Seeks to obtain value added sales. Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Informs customers of latest technological advances. Inquires as to changing needs. Attends Company-sponsored and manufacturer-sponsored seminars and training to remain current on equipment and technological capabilities. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
