Our internal administration team handles the behind-the-scenes details of taking care of our clients and our company. Functions include accounts payable/accounts receivable, contract administration, lease administration, marketing and order processing. Computer competency required.
Our account representatives manage a geographic territory to develop long-term relationships with our clients. They are responsible for developing the account base; selling office equipment and Martin Group services, including OneSource managed print services; and client care. Previous sales experience preferred.
Our service team sets up your equipment, delivers and installs it, connects it to your network for printing, and performs any necessary repairs and preventative maintenance. Technical or IT skills a must. The team also includes our dispatch, inventory and supply shipment staff. Good organizational skills and communication skills necessary.
